It also features status updates for hiking trails (sourced from official Portuguese authorities) to inform users about trail conditions. The Site is owned and operated by Ing. Petr Novák, Na Beránku II 107, 25255 Ořech, Czech Republic (Company ID: 65465971, VAT ID: CZ7801171334). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

2. Access to Content 

Access to certain content on the Site may be limited based on user registration or one-time purchases, as described below:

  • Free Content: Many features of MadeiraJourney.com are accessible to all visitors free of charge.
  • Registered Users: Some detailed trail and location information is available only to users who create a free account and log in.
  • Premium Content & Itineraries (One-Time Fee): In the future, the Site may offer selected premium content (such as in-depth trail guides or standalone trip itineraries) for a one-time purchase fee. Any such content will be clearly marked and will require a single one-time payment to access. Once purchased, you will have access to that content without any recurring charges.
  • No Subscription Model: The Site does not use a subscription model. There are no recurring payments; all payments (if introduced) are one-time fees for specific content or features. You will not be charged periodically, and there are no ongoing subscription fees.

3. User-Generated Content
